With our 80.000 tons/year casting capacity, we produce parts between 0.3 kg and 185 kg for the automotive, machinery, hydraulic and construction industries.

90% of our total production consists of spheroidal graphite cast iron and 10% consists of lamellar graphite cast iron.

In our HWS grade automatic horizontal molding line; two horizontal flasks with mold size of 900x700x250/250, 1500 molds/shift and in our HWS grade automatic horizontal molding line; two horizontal flasks with mold size of 1100x1000x300/300, 450 molds/shift, and in our DISA 2110 MK3 automatic vertical molding line; one vertical flask with mold size of 500x400x100/315, 2200 molds/shift, we manufacture using sand mold technology with a total of 3 molding lines. We can produce cores from 0.2 kg to 50 kg with 15 cold box core machines with production capacities ranging from 10 lt to 65 lt.

Our processing facility, which serves different sectors with our investments in state-of-the-art CNC machines and additional investments to increase efficiency, carries out its activities in an area of ​​15,000 m² with its expert staff and 311,040 hours of installed production capacity.

All castings are ground, cleaned and painted using high-tech automatic grinding machines.
