Recruitment

Efesan Group recruits experienced or inexperienced personnel to be trained in line with its needs. Regardless of the department in which they will be employed, all candidates must have common competencies that are expected at different levels depending on the job they will do, but are sought in all positions.
With recruitment processes that include structured tools, the competencies and technical skills expected from candidates are measured meticulously, and candidate selection decisions are made accordingly.

INTERNSHIP
Efesan Group offers internship opportunities to university and vocational high school students in order to develop and train the human resources it will need in the sectors it serves.

High School Internship
Efesan Group accepts vocational high school intern applications during the summer term and is carried out during the September-June school term. The number of students, occupational fields and internship days requested by the departments are determined with the “Intern Request Form” received from the departments. The vocational training contracts of the students who will do the internship are delivered to the Human Resources Unit from the relevant schools within the beginning week of the September academic year at the latest and the internship process is initiated.

University Internship
Internship periods for university interns are determined and announced by the Human Resources Group Directorate, taking into account the closing periods of universities and colleges. Students who want to do an internship in our company and who document that they are required to do an internship with the documents they bring from their school fill out the “Application Form”. Application forms are grouped according to the internship/department preferences of the students. The number of students requested by the departments, the required qualifications and the internship period are determined with the “Intern Request Form” received from the departments. The relevant units make a selection among the applications according to the quota they determine in line with the content of the project-based studies that can be given. The internship period is between June and September and interns start their internships on the determined internship start dates.
